The staff is friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed and I will be returning. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. They have good customer service here and usually put their customers first, regardless of the situation. When I call with a question or for an appointment, I often reach their answering machine. They are usually good about returning calls in a timely manner. When I do speak with office staff or the nurse, they are always curteous and helpful and seem to really care about me and what I have to say. The doctor, although more business-like than personable, seems knowledgeable and thorough and, I believe, cares about me as a patient. My husband and I have been patients here for a number of years and are happy with our medical care.
