They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
