It is a clean office. I witnessed one of the receptionists getting yelled at in front of me and some other patients which I didn't think was appropriate. I didn't feel as though the doctors spent as much time with me as they should have. I think overall it's a poorly ran office, but hey, a doctor is a doctor. I'm not totally sure if I would send my friends and family here. If someone was in a pinch, then I would maybe recommend them.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
