I was disappointed in my first visit to a dermatologist. Long wait time, and the doctor was not "warm", to say the least. I was uncomfortable during the visit even though she only saw me for about 5 minutes at best. I liked the location, parking was convenient and the staff was ok. Not rude, just.. cold. I will seek a new dr.

I made the mistake in making an appt. with this doctor. My 1st indication should have been the receptionist taking the call. When I told her that I was calling to make an appt for my partner (yes I'm gay) her attitude changed dramatically. I decided to ignore the ignorance and still made the appt. We got there and I quickly realized that the women who work the front desk have the personality of rocks. We signed in and were not asked if a new patient or given papers to fill out. We finally decided to ask and when we did so, the fat receptionist up front threw her hands up in the air (like we were doing her a favor by being there) and exasperated went to get the paperwork, with this my partner said forget it and we left without ever seeing the doctor. In a way I am glad that she wasn't seeing by the doctor, because if this doctor hires people who are both rude and ignorant, it really doesn't say much about her. With that being said, anyone reading this should really think twice about making an appt. with this office, that is of course if you feel like being annoyed.

Bad experience. Dr. Trusky hardly spent any time with me, barely examined me, answered my questions curtly, and tried to up-sell me on her proprietary skin care products before sending me on my way.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
