They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I left feeling satisfied with how the visit went. The doctor was helpful and I felt encouraged.

No, but I can always find a seat

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

After entering the office, I kept hearing the doctor saying 'Sherlock solved another one'. This made me think back to 70's when people would say - 'no sh-t Sherlock', as though one were an idiot. His manner was abrupt, he was incorrect in his diagnosis, did not want to hear details and seemed generally impatient to get on to the next patient. AND! I have apparently been overcharged, as per my insurance company!! Think I'll go back there again?

Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. Office was not clean and doctor never washed hands after other patients. Girls were at front desk filling needles and tables ripped and never washed
