Dr. Klein is an old school doctor with current technology. I have been going there for 26 years. He is always prompt,answers all questions, and listens with intensity. He handles emergencies well and his staff is well versed in handling insurance issues. In short, he cares.

I've been going to Dr. Klein since the 90's. I used to go to a different allergist/asthma doctor who just kept insisting on the same regimen despite the fact that it had no effect on my severe allergies/asthma. Dr. Klein is realistic and will explain things to you without sugarcoating things. This saves time and I am sure that I understand why he is putting me on the specific treatment that he deems most appropriate. He is also very understanding. He makes sure that I have access to the expensive medications I require, even when there are times that I do not have insurance. I hope Dr. Klein never retires...otherwise I'm going to have a very difficult time finding a doctor as good as he.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I got a lot of questions answered during my visit. I was happy that they were able to give me all the information I needed. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The doctor was somewhat sociable, but they could have been a little more welcoming. They were friendly enough, I guess.
