One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. One thing that really bothered me, was that they didn't display their credentials anywhere. It made me doubt that they were qualified at all. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Definitely not. They've always made me feel very cared for and accepted
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
I had to wait for a little while.
