My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Srilatha Kodali, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. They also suck at working with your schedule and making referrals for services they don't do themselves.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. It is somewhat conveniently located. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The office was easy enough to find. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Even though I find Dr. Kodali incredibly intelligent and professional, I do not feel the same about the rest of the practice or the staff.
