Dr. Willer and his staff are terrific. He is very thoughtful and professional. He always takes time to talk about your needs & care and offers sound advice. I've been seeing Dr. Willer for over 10 years now and am a very satisfied patient and consumer! You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

This provider has some helpful information available online. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Dartmouth Hitchcock has its own large parking lot that always has room, and all the spaces are an easy walk to the building.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Dr. Willer was highly recommended by a couple of my other doctors, and I've been very pleased with my interactions with him. He's professional and knows what he's doing, but he also explains clearly what he is finding, what possible concerns are, and what treatment options are. I've been happy to see him for dermatological issues for some years, and plan to continue with him. I've already encouraged others to use him when they had skin problems.

I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
