The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
