I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Doctor always seems to be in a hurry and doesn't have time to listen to my concerns. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Their office was nice and quiet. I have spent over an hour waiting to be seen when I was on time for my appt. I don't feel like I can always count on them. He seems to want to treat his issues, not mine.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Yco for 5 years. His is our family practice doctor and our Osteopath. He is very knowledgeable, personable and thorough.
