They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. He is a miracle worker!

I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Never, they are very reliable.

They're usually prepared for my appointment and mostly remember things about me. They normally return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my questions. Their office equipment is in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The only thing negative about Dr. Milne's office is that even if you are a returning patient after one year, they will still charge you the new patient price :( I really feel with the economy the way it is they should be trying harder to help people with their pricing.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. He just looked at me an knew what was wrong!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
