I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

In an area of town where professional office space is plentiful, Dr. Adams instead decided to locate her practice in a disheveled strip mall. There is no privacy whatsoever. Her "front office waiting area" has some temporary screens seperating the waiting area from the receptionist/ assistant and everyone in the packed waiting area was forced to overhear the personal medical information of numerous patients. The receptionists is swamped and tries her best, but has been assigned the work of at least 2 staff members. It was almost amusing to hear her constantly check the insurance status of every waiting room patient while speaking into the partial temporary screen. What a circus.

Dr. Adams, who presumably is responsible for her practice, does not posses any common sense. If you are looking for low-end clinic medical services, this is your place.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
