He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

my son had a lump on the side of his neck for over 2 months. he was very calm and kind with my son - did several tests and he called me on a sunday morning with the biopsy results. He was very nice, we had a good experience with Dr Rapp.

Very up-front about the risks of the procedure - able to answer questions in a understandable fashion. Put me and my husband at ease. Did not pressure us into making any decisions in favor of the procedure, but helped us balance the pros and cons. Was focused and upbeat on the day of the procedure. Held my hand when it was over! Very professional, cheerful, and realistic. Great bed-side manner.
