Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
