Dr Severa was great but his receptionist was so rude that I finally stopped going to him because of her. She would be so rude and that is the last thing anyone needs when they go to see any doctor and especially a Psychiatrist. Dr Severa was usually late but that was usually because he would spend extra time with patients if they needed it or he would be working with his rental properties. It really sucks that I had to stop going, but I refuse to go and be treated like crap by a receptionist.

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. long wait in waiting room is the only down fall bring a good book.

I would not send anyone to see Dr. Severa or his wife/partner Dr. Julie Otten. Both are quacks. If you want your child in a noncaring enviornment where they will be place on 7 or 8 medications this is the place for you. These people are money hungry doctors.
