I have been seeing Dr. Camejo and his staff for many years. They helped me through a very difficult time when I lost my first baby and again when I lost my son's twin. My son was a high-risk pregnancy and they were AMAZING through everything. My insurance has changed and Dr. Camejo is now Out-of-Network for me. I am making a Nomination Request for them to re-add him because I don't want to have to pay so much more to see him; but I can't imagine going to anyone else!
I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
