Professional staff. Dr. Botney gives plenty of time to make sure you have all your questions answered. If she is running late, it is because someone before you may have a lot of questions or be having a problem. Don't be a jerk about it. This isn't fast food. This is your health.

The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
The above sentences were generated based on my answers to a survey, and more or less accurately describe my experience & opinions. The facility is highly impersonal; the office is old and feels run down. I would prefer it were located more centrally (for example, in the "central corridor" which runs from University City south to Webster Groves. Even so, overall, I am pleased with service, and give this doctor & office 4 stars.
