They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
