Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I made one appointmet, for 12p.m. when I got to the address that was given the office was not there. I called the office to be told that they moved down the street and thought I had the new address. How could I, Ive never been there before. I got the new address and told them that I was on my way "only to be told that they were about to call me to let me know that the doctor couldnt see me." It was 11:45 at that time. I live almost an hr. away!! Even though I was very disapointed I tried to understand that things like that can happen. My husband took off from work, just so that he could take me. He wasnt as understanding. I made another app. the next day at 4:45p.m. My husband took me after work. When I got there the office was PACKED after about 15 min I final got a seat. 2 hours later I was STILL waiting, after talking to others in the office I found out that people with 11a.m. app. were still waiting to get in. The nurses are overworked, and uncaring about the wait. I asked if they could reconmend another weight loss doctor. I was told that there wasnt any more in the area. That people came all the way from Festus to see Dr Johnston. I told them yea I know. That would be me!!! I found another dr. Dr. Badar S. New Ballas Rd. Yes there are other weight management drs!! Dr. Badar is wonderful. Very caring and professional. Dont waste your time with Dr. Johnston. I never will again.
