I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.
