Dr. Lyss pays a lot of attention to detail. He is always up to date with new studies and developments. The best of the old and the new, He is always careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The office was easy to get to,but you do have to watch carefully and turn just before the 8888 Ladue sign to the parking lot. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
