Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Dr. Baker seems ok, but his office staff is horribly incompetent. They failed to submit paperwork to my insurance company within the allowable time, so when they finally did submit it ONE YEAR later my insurance company denied it. Then they had the gall to tell me I was responsible for the bill because my insurance company denied the claim. Had they submitted the claim in a timely manner the claim would not have been denied. It was only after I threatened to sue that they stopped hounding me about the bill.
