I've never seen any employer treat their staff betterThey have outstanding customer service. They seem to put their customers first, I have never felt overlooked. Extremely responsive to my needs whether I am in the office or on the phone. I noticed many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
