I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
