I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Unfortunatly I was never able to make it to my first appt with Dr Pitts. I called and scheduled my appt and had to wait a few weeks just to get in to see him. No one called to confirm my appt....as many offices do. When I called to find out where the office was at they told me that I had already missed my appt by 15 minutes. I told the lady that I wrote down the appt time when I sched'd it and repeated it to her also. She said "there is no way we would have scheduled someone at 9:45...it would have been at 9:00 because that is the way there system is templated". I asked to speak with the manager and she said that is who I was speaking with. I also asked if there was any way they could see me....I was only going to be 15 minutes late. I was right there by their office and just didn't know where it was at. It really upsets me to think that a BJC doctor's office would treat me that way. I will never go to that doctor and have decided to find a new doctor. They happened to be able to get me in within 3 days. I'm sure Dr Pitts is a great doctor, but the staff is what kills it for him. What a shame.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
