They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff wasn't friendly, Jennifer sure isn't helpful either. My needs were not met. The office was easy enough to find. Paid $300 for an office visit & never could get the staff or Dr. Stock to call my insurance & get the prior authorization (PA) to fill the medication that he wrote the script for since 7/14/2012. Two (2) visits later at $300.00 ea& he still hasn'[t approved TD Pharmacy to fill my sleeping med...& it isn't even narcotic nor has he returned my call.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Felt like a carwash, in and out he felt cold and unconcerned. Staff never said good morning. Over charges, they bill your insurance 165.00 a month. For him to wright. You one script. At a time.I took his script and instructions to my doctor who wrote my med. out for 3 month and monitors my heath on the mess I recently resign ed from a job of 10 years due to my mental state they refused to fill out my paper work without. A 50.00 dollar fee.Month hungry. And part of the reason. Mental. Health. Care is so poor.You suck Dr.stock

They've always been great about getting back to me very quickly after I call. It's never taken them more than a day to call me back. I appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more informed. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I will absolutely be returning.Dr.Stock did a good job. The office girls were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They always take that extra step. The treatment plans are good and Dr. Stock has never over medicatied my child. We've been seeing Stock for 7 years an my child is doing well. She hasn't been back to the hospital in 6 years. She has friends, A&Bs in school and she is a dancer and gymnast. When she was 7 she was in the mental hospital and I didn't have much hope for her future. Now she is 15 and no major depressions, no drugs, no wild behavior, no jail! Parents of other bi-bolar teens will understand how great this is.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
