They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. If it was not for Dr. Christie and his wonderfull staff my husband and i would not have a child right now. I have had a mis-carriage and tubal pregnancy that resulted in emergency surgery or I could have died. Dr Christie told me exactly what was happening, what would happen in surgery and why i had to go directly to the hospital from his office. He is the greatest OBGYN I have ever known and reccommend all my friends, co-workers, and family to him. I would not go to anyone else.

The wait is a little long, always have to wait over an hour from your appointment time, even when they say they not busy. The staff is not as knowlegeble but I like the Dr. He takes the time with you and finally diagnosed me with PCOS, and always gives me enough information and options. The staff on the other hand don't make you feel important at all. Everytime I get any kind of blood work done, instead of them calling like they said I have to call. This time they actually did call but forgot to do one of the test, even though it was on the paper work and the most important one. I let it slide because the lady seemed like she was sorry and promised she would call me with results the next day which was Friday. Well this is Tuesday, no call so I called and they acted like they didnt care and just told me well he's in Biloxi heres the number and no sorry or anything. So called the Biloxi same attitude, like they just don't care, so she just took my number and thats it. I told them to tell Dr. Christie to call me so I can discuss it with him, so we will see what happens, otherwise maybe its time to look for a new Dr, because my health is important and this is a place of business and feel like I should be treated like I matter, and not just another pay check.
