I will recommend them to people I know. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with staff members. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time. I am impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Dr. Cook himself was both attentive to my concerns and thoroughly answered all my questions. I had oral surgery at his office about 8 yrs ago and all went well. I am scheduled to go back tomorrow for oral surgery again.....I will update.
