I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Yes, it was fine
Was the dental equipment clean?
Absolutely! It looked brand new
