I want to let everybody know that I was very impressed with Dentures First in Fort Smith, AR. The receptionist was pleasant who made my appointment. I went in and everybody was sooo friendly and efficient. I got my impressions, fittings and dentures on the same day. I got my first set of dentures five years ago and it was not a pleasant experience and they did not fit after many return visits and was basically told to deal with it. This place certainly did a lot to restore my confidence in the dental industry. Quick, comfortable fitting, NICE LOOKING and reasonably priced. Thanks.

DO NOT go to this place of business UNLESS your only reason is to have a new denture made - do not go to have your teeth removed. I suffered through more pain than was necessary - the staff is hideous, impolite, and totally uncaring. Additionally, if you develop any complications, that is YOUR problem, not theirs. They are absolutely unavailable to speak with during the weekend if a problem develops. I would say if you are forced to use this dental office - for the pricing, and you have NO OTHER OPTION, then make sure you have another dentist on standby to address any of your other concerns and problems. I had to give one star, because it would NOT allow me to give NO STARS - otherwise I would have.
