It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. When I encountered Dry socket after having molars removed, they got me in immediately and treated me. They set up a dental plan with me to get my teeth where they need to be healthwise and informed me of all costs and when they wanted to do each thing.

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
