They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
