They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.

The dentists at Smith Dental were the kindest men I have ever had working on my dental health. I needed two extractions on two different days(very far apart in time). At both of my visits, they took time to talk to me and reassure me of the safety of their work. They are truly the most gentle dentists I have ever encountered. I am petrified of dentists and have been since my childhood. My previous dentist was cruel and used methods, which I found out through Smith, which were entirely unnecessary. He used my gums as a shooting gallery for his novacaine needle. I left that office every time nearly crying with sweat dripping down my entire face and body. When the dentists at Smith's were attending to me, they saw my fear and talked to me kindly and made me much more comfortable. My first visit was still scary, but only because of my prior fear due to unnatural treatment from my last "Dentist". Smith was gentle and calm and helped ease my fear. I only cried after I left because of the anger I felt toward the last man who held my teeth in his hands. I also was under the needle with Smith Dental's other dentist, and he was also amazingly kind and gentle. I was nervous because I had not met him yet, but he kept my faith in the office and was equal to his employer in craft and skill. Neither one was mean or hurtful in any way. They both only used their syringe as needed and no more.(2-4 shots at the most.)They understood and respected my fears and did all they could to make me comfortable and at ease with the proceedings.

In closing; I have and will continue to recommend the Smith Dental office to absolutely anyone that I know who even mentions the field of dentistry. I will do this because they have earned it. I was so fearful of dentists that I used to live with pain until I was told to go to them. Now I will not hesitate to get my needed checks and cleanings. I sincerely thank God for these men who helped heal my pain and take away the fear that I carried since I was 5. (I'm 26 now.)
