They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Dr. Dudley is the best and gentlest Dentist I have ever had. I have been his patient for a little under 20 years. My children have been his patients also.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.
