I left this appointment feeling completely misunderstood and unimportant to Dr. Hong which was confusing because normally he is very attentive.
As an oral surgeon he is exceptional but when I came back for help after the implant was placed with pain that could not be explained, I found him to be cold and non receptive to my concerns.
He spent more time arguing and debating the feelings I am experiencing rather than helping me find a solution. I left feeling bereft and frustrated.

The staff r very carring , understanding of ur.purpose 4 having oral Dental.implant. surgery which I've had twice ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜Ž!!! Dr.Jae Hung & his assistant Krissa r exceptional gud of what they're trained 2 do , very efficient w/ no pain until u recover @ hm 4 a wk , antibiotic & pain pill already provided 4 me through my Tulaip Tribal Pharmacy b4 I had my 2nd oral surgery 2dy ,I highly recommend this place ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜Ž

Very impressive, comprehensive, caring and professional staff! So happy my dentist referred them. They went above and beyond dealing with my special circumstances, in regard to my Prolia injections. Every staff member I encountered treated me with absolute kindness and compassion. I was nervous until the minute I walked into the facility, I was met with a cheerful professional staff that put me at total ease.

Was anxious going to an Oral Surgeon for a consult but the visit went very well. Everyone is very helpful and kind and the doctor explained what needed to be done very well. Still a bit anxious about my procedure coming up but I believe Iโ€™m in capable and expert hands.
