They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. THEY FALSE ADVERTISE , GAVE ME PLASTIC DENTURES WHEN I ASKED FOR ACRYLIC , THEY REMADE THEM AGAIN IN PLASTIC AND THEY ARE SO SLANTED I HAVE TO WAIT ONE MORE MONTH TO GET THEM ADJUSTED THEY SAY . I WENT IN TWICE TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED THE DENTURIST REFUSED TO FIX THEM BOTH TIMES , BUT GAVE ME AN APT A MONTH AWAY . SO I HAVE TO GO TO A DIFFERENT DENTURE CLINIC AND PAY SOMEBODY TO FIX THEM.

I'm currently reporting to BBS, local TV consumer advocates and the state's dental board about their shady business practice. They made errors (which they admitted making a year later after receiving the service) and fabricate claims to give us a lower quote. So we agreed to get service there. They used fake info of prior services to make a claim to the insurance company to give us a lower quote. When insurance rejected, they made us pay for it (thousand dollars above the initial estimate). I'd highly recommend consumers avoid this clinic. Initially, they will quote you a low estimate for you to commit to do the procedure, then a year later they will come back with a higher price. Consumers be aware of this clinic.
