They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
