The older woman at the front desk kind of terrifies me. Her teeth are MASSIVE and she's somewhat tempermental. Sometimes she is super friendly, other times she's a bit snappy and unpleasant. The rest of Dr. Lake's staff is absolutely flawless, however. His hygenist is just awesome, and his assistants do a great job. I had never been properly numbed before I visited Dr. Lake, either. He managed what no other dentist had. Nitrous is FREE, the only reason I knocked off a star is for the hit-or-miss receptionist and the christian radio they play. But as far as dental treatment is concerned, these guys are fabulous.

Never, they are very reliable.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
