They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. It is totally worth the drive I live in Ferndale, WA. My kids have NO problem going to the dentist anymore. They did not like any other dentist's. Also a plus is they both can be seen at the same time!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
