Dr. Moss and his staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They don't try to push orthodontia care when it isn't needed--or wouldn't be hugely beneficial. I was very surprised at how they could solve my children's issues without being overly invasive, long and expensive. Quite different from the first opinion I sought.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when having doctor moss fix my teeth! It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. The staff and doctor moss himself were incredible, out of all my friends i was the only one who went to him and I had my braces on the shortest amount of time (just under 2 years). He is a true professional and really cares about having done a nice job, though it is very expensive work. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
