Had a wonderful experience with a tooth extraction with Dr. Naumann and his staff. All procedures with Dr. And staff were handled with great service.

I recently had my 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Fettig. I highly recommend as the surgery went smoothly and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had all my wisdom teeth removed here and it was a very easy experience. I was guided through the process with phone calls before and after the procedure to ensure I was taking medications appropriately and doing well. I also appreciate the antibiotics prescribed to me to ensure no bacterial infection, a specially designed ice pack for icing the area, and a thorough pamphlet on how to take care the following weeks. I was worried about having anxiety or pain during surgery, but had neither due to good general and local anesthetics. The surgery was over in a flash and I did not experience much pain until two days after, where I had the appropriate medication prescribed to subside the pain. It was a very easy experience and would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

I had a minor oral surgery at this office. I have to say that I experienced excellent service from every staff member as well as the doctor. Everyone was very professional and the attention to all the details was excellent. the environment was pleasant and the staff were all friendly and kind which I appreciated since oral surgery is not my favorite thing! I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs their services!

I had a rear tooth removed (pretty small procedure). The procedure went better than expected. The dental assistance's set me at ease and gave me all the information necessary to understand the process. Dr Nauman has a great bedside manner and worked his magic!

I had an infected wisdom tooth which was quite painful. They did what they could to get me in as soon as possible. Both Dr. Naumann and the assistant made me feel comforable as I had to be awake for the extraction due to health reasons. The entire office was caring and accommodating, I would highly recommend this practice.

The best in workmanship - Horrible for insurance

If you're just paying out of pocket, or after world-class work, I would not go anywhere else, ever. They removed all my wisdom teeth, and years later repaired/wired my jaw after I broke it. Their 'workmanship' is top quality, talented, exceptional, the best, I can not say enough good things!

But the best in quality comes with a price. You pretty much need to have payment covered up front. If you're relying on insurance - good luck. Hopefully you're an agent, because you're on your own. I thought the industry standard was for them to bill insurance. But to give them 4stars over financial reasons, would visually detract from the quality of workmanship on this review, which is simply unfair. When you're in excruciating pain, finances are the last thing on your mind.. Help of their caliber is like finding an oasis after a week lost in a desert. Hopefully their financial side catches up to their workmanship side.

So you could ask, would I rather have had easy insurance payment for hack work? Absolutely not! And I dont know who would opt for that. Im just saying if the billing department was up to par with the workmanship, it would be absolutely perfect! And to tell the next person to have their finances in order BEFORE walking in the door if they are able. If not and you're going to be thousands in debt, you might as well have the best work possible done, which is Knoff & Fettig
