The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. While she was working on my teeth she was making fun of someone with a mental disability and referring to them as a "retard".

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call
Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home?
Not at all, they rushed me out the door
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished
