They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They completely missed a major problem. I had to go elsewhere to resolve this very noticeable problem.
