Never, they are very reliable.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Parking is amply available close to the entrance. The office personnel are consistently courteous, helpful, and responsive. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Additionally, the office is conveniently located, very clean, and pleasant - no odd smells from equipment, etc. Staff and of course Dr. Rubino are highly caring, careful, and competent - a refreshing blend of traditional medical manners and modern methods. (My stepdaughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist!) This provider has very helpful information available online, with an impressive and easy to use website. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
