When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule
