They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was advised I needed a root canal even though the x-ray didnt show anything, and some type of tingle test to see if my tooth was dead...test shows TOOTH NOT DEAD no decay, never anything wrong with my front tooth! He said he would do my root canal that day. I left and saw an endodontist 2 days later who said to thank god I saw him because by no means did I need a root canal...I HAD NO BONE HOLDING THE TOOTH IN. I needed to see a periodontist! He was going to drill into nothing. I knew he wanted nothing but money...visited the office 1 time on an emergency visit...NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Overall, I've been pleased with Dr. Haun and his staff. Ginny, one of his hygienist is excellent. One complaint. He almost lost me as a customer when he gave me a shot of novicaine, left and didn't come back for 45 minutes. I almost got up and left.
