Their staff is very friendly and professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all.

Dr. Gilliam was my husband's dentist when he was a child and became our family dentist when we got married and started a family. We've developed a wonderful relationship with all the staff (2 members of his staff are part of Dr. Gilliam's immediate family), and my children actually love going to the dentist! Even my deep seeded fears of dentists were washed away after my first couple of check-ups with Dr. Gilliam. He's a great dentist. My 9 year old has grown up having Dr. Gilliam's daughter clean her teeth at check-ups and she won't let any other person touch her because of the special bond they have formed! The whole staff really takes a personal interest in the patients, making going to the dentist much more of a pleasant experience. As a family, we've been going to Dr. Gilliam for about 9 years and our plan is to continue going for many more years.
