I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

A visit to Dr. Norris' is enjoyable. Not often said of a trip to the dentist, but true. He explains procedures, answers questions and does not pursue unnecessary treatments. At the same time he lays out your options and gives you information to make a decision as to whether or not you feel a specific remedy is one you want to go with or if you would rather wait, etc.
