Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

No, there was no annoying music

Throughout the appointment, I had to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It was very frustrating. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. The front desk was rude from the beginning . When I was leaving with a root canal - in pain - and swollen - they made me wait 15 minutes while they finished their phone call so I could PAY them and make my next appointment. When she finally hung up the phone, she recommended an appointment ONE MONTH down the road when I had just completed a root canal and had a temporary filling. Which means, I could not get a final solution to my pain for over a month. I felt like a cattle in a cattle farm as the doctor worked on three patients at once. My mouth was wired open for 4 hours while he did this. I know they see a lot of patients, but there should be more spacing in their schedule. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They do not listen to their customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. I do not recommend seeing Dr. Dodson.

I can't believe everyone frets about getting a root canal...my tooth #5 started throbbing and was keeping me awake for days. I hadn't had a toothache in my life (I'm over 40) but I certainly understood the value of saving the tooth--we aren't like sharks so we need to hang on to the ones we have. I was informed by Dr. Fulsaas that a root canal was needed to save the tooth. I agreed but was worried I would have to withstand the pain until I could be scheduled and again miss work for another appointment. Much to my delight, I was scheduled in a treatment type appointment (slightly longer period of time) so he promptly begain the procedure that very day. When he reclined the chair I was mentally preparing myself for the worst. Twenty short minutes later Dr. Fulsaas returned the dental chair into a sitting position and announced we were finished. Finished, like not just with Step 1 but the whole deal--FINISHED. It was so quick and painless. It was worth every penny to save my tooth and be immediately taken out of pain. If I ever need another root canal I am going back to Dodson Endodontics, it was simply the most pleasant quick professional service I have experienced in the medical services for as long as I can remember.
